My essential guide to all the photographs you’ll ever need from your big day!

I’ve put together a list of all the photographs you'll want in your final wedding collection. Pictures of moments you’ll look back on as reminder of your day, all the little details you might otherwise forget! Bride Getting Ready - having your makeup done, sharing a drink with your bridesmaids, the anticipation and excitement. Not forgetting the boys, who will probably be a bit more relaxed, or are they just pretending? My full day packages allow time with both the bridal and groom parties before the ceremony.

Your wedding shoes might be hidden under your dress all day, unless you kick them off on the dance floor! I'll make sure you get a picture of them in all their beauty on the morning.

Your wedding dress is probably the prettiest and coolest outfit you'll ever wear! I always photograph it before it is worn, usually with natural light coming from a big window. It's also possible to get creative with 'hanger' setups featuring barn doors, chandeliers, trees, and more!

The arrival of the Bride is a key part of the day. Also the emotion of being given away by a loved one may go by in a blur so it’s lovely to capture it!

Rings, buttonholes and bouquets - even the smallest things will leave the biggest impressions.

Incidentals like table flowers, seating plans, place cards and table numbers. Creative decorations that have taken time to plan and make, I'll make sure you get plenty of photographs of all the elements that make the big day so special.

Landscapes – making the most of beautiful natural backgrounds surrounding your venue, such as the beach, meadows or gardens. Or stylish and modern alternatives, like door arches and rustic walls. As a Cornwall wedding photographer the ocean is a great backdrop!

Bridesmaids – I'll give you plenty of opportunity for a picture or two with your girls.

Capturing the Bride relaxed and having fun, natural photographs complement any album.

Intimate time - even though you'll be surrounded by friends and family, I can make time for quiet relaxed natural shots of the two of you together. These can be lovely at sunset when the light is warm and at it’s softest.

The 'I do' moment.

Formal group portraits - formal does not have to mean 'too formal'!

Confetti - spontaneous moments.

Cake & cutting of the cake.

Dancing! I'll be there to capture your first dance and a few dances after, when your guests join you on the dance floor and the party really gets going!

Emotion - relive all those emotional and candid moments through my reportage approach. Receiving lines, speeches, thank you's!
